What happened to my subscription since Smithsonian Channel Plus has been discontinued?

Since Smithsonian Channel Plus has been discontinued, your subscription has been canceled for you and you will no longer be charged on a recurring basis.

If you were an active monthly subscriber, you received your final charge for Smithsonian Channel Plus between October 2, 2020 and November 2, 2020, on your last scheduled billing date, unless you canceled prior to that billing date.

If you had an annual subscription, your subscription has been terminated and we automatically refunded you a pro-rated amount (based on the date of the end of the service) of any un-used portion of your subscription to the payment method you used upon subscribing.

Though Smithsonian Channel Plus has been discontinued, you can still stream Air Disasters, Aerial America, Secrets, and hundreds of other Smithsonian Channel hit series on CBS All Access! In addition to live news and sports, and thousands of episodes from CBS, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, BET, MTV and more.

If you are already a CBS All Access subscriber, just go to the Smithsonian Channel page in the CBS All Access app, or at cbs.com/brands/smithsonian-channel and start streaming.

If you're not a CBS All Access subscriber, you can try it, free. Just visit the CBS All Access website to get started.
